Pathways Lutheran Outdoorm Ministries is in search of a new executive director with a straong Christian faith who relishes the challenge of moving this camping ministry forward to implement its strategic plan and successfully fulfill its mission. Applicants must demonstrate:

Camp Onomia is a year round camp and retreat center located 90 miles north of the Twin Cities. The camp is situated on Lake Shakopee. Onomia is supported by 31 member Lutheran congregations. It is ELCA affiliated. The year round staff is 5 with seasonal staff of 25.
